The district currently consists of 3.62% of Los Angeles County (including all of Artesia, Cerritos, Hawaiian Gardens, Norwalk, Santa Fe Springs, South Whittier, and West Whittier-Los Nietos, 26.32% of Lakewood, and 46.6% of Whittier) and 2.76% of Orange County (Buena Park).
